Parking is our business

Founded 1967 in Germany and active in Austria since 1970, Contipark stands for professional planning, development and management of on-street car parks since more than half a century. Our company portfolio includes multi-storey, underground and flat-surface car parks at all types of locations: e.g. shopping centres, pedestrian zones, train stations, clinics and medical centres, hotels, trade fair sites and recreational facilities. In this context, we make an important contribution to the development and implementation of sustainable and forward-looking traffic concepts.

About us

As a parking expert, Contipark is highly diversified. Our services cover the entire spectrum of “vehicle parking” and “car park real estate”. Our work is focused on not only facility management, but also revitalisation and repurposing, the development of intelligent pricing structures, property marketing, modernisation and site maintenance.
