Our profession is parking. We operate properties with a focus on parking-space development and parking-space management. In this context, we take responsibility for a parking facility for its entire service life.
We set high standards in the operation of our properties: safety, service and convenience are our top priorities. Our parking-space management covers the full spectrum of the property. The efficiency and service quality of a parking facility depend to a large extent on its technical equipment. Accordingly, we use state-of-the-art technology for our lighting systems, lifts, ventilation and exhaust installations etc.
Perfect parking service
We offer our partners a comprehensive service package with our round-the-clock Customer Service Centre (CSC) and our own Technical Service Centre (TSC). Whenever necessary, CSC employees can remotely access on-site car-park systems in order to solve customer requests quickly and easily. The TSC coordinates and optimises all servicing and repair work throughout Germany, performing most of its work in-house. This not only saves time and money, but also guarantees problem-free car-park operations.
At our headquarters, a specialist department manages price optimisation and capacity utilisation, increasing the facility’s efficiency in the long term.
Be it 20, 200 or 2,000 parking spaces: no matter how large or small a parking facility is, our top priority is always the satisfaction of our customers and partners.
Old town garages, Salzburg
Already since 1975 Contipark operates the probably most impressive parking facility of Salzburg: the old town garages. Two caverns in the Mönchsberg hold a total of about 1.300 parking spaces – right in the center of the Mozart city.
Due to its unique location the garage requires individual solutions and perfect operating procedures. With our high standards and excellent service, we have been mastering this task for more than 45 years. In this way, we ensure for residents and guests of the city that the “Salzburg experience” begins with parking.
