Since its founding in 1967 the Contipark Group plans, develops and operates public parking facilities at all types of locations. This includes shopping centres, train stations, city centres, pedestrian zones and cultural and recreation sites, as well as clinics and medical centres. As part of the Interparking Group, one of the biggest car-park operators in Europe, Contipark operates more than 570 parking facilities in over 200 cities in Austria and Germany. In Germany, the company is even the market leader.
