Well-positioned for the future

The Contipark management team is responsible for the company’s strategy and works together to develop solutions for the mobility of tomorrow. The team consists of a managing director and five division managers as authorised signatories (Prokura) with their own areas of responsibility. Clearly defined powers and responsibilities, along with lean structures, guarantee effective and successful management at all levels and in all areas.

Michael Kesseler

Managing Director Michael Kesseler controls the fate of the Contipark Group. In this role, he leads the division managers and additionally serves as the board chairman of the German Parking Association (Bundesverband Parken). He has been employed by Contipark since 2001.

Andreas Knops

Andreas Knops is the division manager responsible for transaction and property management. He oversees the departments Facility Management, Transaction Management and Portfolio Management, as well as Legal Affairs and Insurance. He has been employed by Contipark since 1997.

Stephan Opitz

Stephan Opitz is the division manager for operations. In this role, he is responsible for all regions in Germany and Austria, as well as the Operations Department at the company headquarters. He has been employed by Contipark since 2008.

Jürgen Rauchfuß-Hartenstein

As division manager for business administration, Jürgen Rauchfuß-Hartenstein oversees the Finance and Accounting, Personnel and Organisational Development and IT departments, as well as the Office, Controlling, Projects and Processes teams. He has been employed by Contipark since 2006.

Michael Wolfram

Michael Wolfram is responsible for the area of marketing and for product and customer management. He is the division manager of the Customer Service Centre and of the Market Management and Business Development teams. He has been employed by Contipark since 1995.

Torsten Sprengel

Torsten Sprengel is the managing director appointed by Contipark to lead DB BahnPark GmbH, the joint subsidiary of Deutsche Bahn and Contipark. He has been employed by Contipark since 2002.
