This is why our parking facilities are connected with our Customer Service Centre, which is staffed around the clock. Its personnel can remotely control all technology at the property. Customers on site can easily reach them using a call button. These call buttons are installed at the pay stations, in the lifts and at the barrier systems in the entrance and exit areas.
