P Card functions complete Austrian customer portal

From now on Contipark offers its Austrian customers via the customer portal www.mein-contipark.at its full service online. The users of the website benefit from numerous advantages.

New at www.mein-contipark.at is the connection of all P Card functions. The proven P Card service is now available in the online shop. Parking customers can register online for the digital parking service and thus park flexibly, conveniently and inexpensively without cash or tickets.

All existing P Card customers can also look forward to this: the old and previously separate homepage www.servipark.at is now fully integrated into the online shop www.mein-contipark.at. In a modern design, all important information, such as parking transactions as well as payment transactions and credits are now presented in a clearer and more user-friendly manner.

Thus the whole Contipark product range is now available online for customers. Drivers can book a permanent parking space in their desired car park for a monthly fixed price via the online customer portal - including guaranteed parking space and any number of entrances and exits. At selected locations Contipark also offers the possibility to reserve a parking space for a fixed duration online, for example during a journey.

The online customer account also allows its users to view and change saved personal information, to view and download receipts for their parking transactions and to view and manage all contracts concluded.

In addition, customers can use the search function to quickly and easily find a parking facility at their desired location. They can also filter the search results according to various criteria, for example according to certain payment methods or the presence of charging points for electric vehicles. The parking rates for the individual locations can also be called up.

If questions should arise nevertheless, the customer can reach a specialized customer advisor at the central customer service center quickly and reliably via the integrated customer chat.

The responsive and modern design of the site allows user-friendly operation from a PC, as well as from mobile devices such as smartphones, laptops and tablets. Customers can thus conveniently book their desired product online at any time - simply from home or on the road.

The "Payment Service Directive 2" (PSD2 for short) of the European Union, which will be mandatory from next year, has also been implemented at www.mein-contipark.at. This directive is intended to increase security in payment transactions and strengthen consumer protection by means of a so-called two-factor authentication for credit card purchases. Contipark uses the so-called 3D-Secure procedure for this purpose.

Contipark operates about 50 parking facilities in Austria, among others in the cities of Vienna, Salzburg and Graz. About 20 of them already offer Contipark customers the popular P Card-Service. The customer card was introduced in Austria in September 2016 and counts about 36.000 users so far.
